By There’s a kind of exclusivity brewing in the Capital and don’t be left behind in knowing about it.
Few weeks back I bumped into Rajeev Jain, who hails from the reputed business family of ‘Naulakha Group’ commonly & famously known as Naulakha soap in India. With a business legacy of over 100 years behind him and 17 years of his own hands-on experience, Rajeev is now heading his own venture – Radiance Herbals – a company that does cosmetic research, development and manufacturing.
Rajeev introduced me to Oros Social, a copyrighted concept. It is an elite network and group of like-minded people who socialize and travel together. It was conceptualized by Rajeev, his wife Pooja Jain, and their couple friends, four years ago, who while hanging out together came up with an idea to form this exclusive space for couples where they can come together, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate life and companionship.
But here’s a catch. It is not for everyone.
“There’s a screening procedure in place and Oros team scrutinizes a couple before inviting them to our events. We look at the overall profile and also do a background check that helps us maintaining the exclusivity”, Rajeev Jain, Founder, Oros told GW.
The couple who gets approved by the team are then invited to an Oros Social, a customized setting for the elite couples to eat, drink, socialize together where they are also made to bond together over games and fun sessions. A couple can attend an Oros event only once as a visitor and on liking the concept can opt for the membership.
There are six Socials and two networking meet by Oros. Networking meets are on the house while Socials are usually on individual tabs.
“We have 20 couple members as of now and we have done over 40 Oros events since 2014 that included Karaoke nights, bowling get-togethers, networking meets, lounging and many more at top-rated venues in Delhi NCR”, Rajeev shares.
The USP of the brand Oros is the care taken to make every couple feel special through personal attendants and a dedicated photographer. There’s also a provision for personal security in case where the turnout is niche and high profile.
The concept had me intrigued so I decided to attend the Oros Networking event and also invited few of my friends there.
And, Rajeev was right! We actually had a crazy time. There were speaker sessions, music, dance, skits, food, drinks and the company of like-minded people in an exclusive set-up for all of us.
