By The visibly truly-madly-deeply couple – Prince Harry and Meghan Markle – tied the knot at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in a wedding ceremony that is being touted as cool and contemporary for many reasons, top one being Markle’s American origin and her ‘divorcee’ status which is now a thing of the past. She’s a UK royal now! And, officially they both are Duke and Duchess of Sussex!
In one of the most heartfelt (and tradition-breaking) moments, Prince Harry, standing at the altar, turned back to watch Meghan walk the aisle with his father Prince Charles. As she approached him, he appeared to be emotional, poised and beaming with love at the same time for his soon-to-be wife.
In a subtle, dignified way, Prince Harry busted the popular myth ‘women are more emotional at their weddings’ and showed the world that men can be equally emotive at the most special day of their lives. He didn’t hold himself back to compliment Meghan and looked at her with eye full of true love and commitment. Prince Harry truly took everyone’s hearts away!
