By T-Series Founder Gulshan Kumar is a name to reckon when it comes to Indian film industry, who has not just been known as a pioneer and visionary of his domain but also as a human who believed in doing good work at large.
And, now his wife Sudesh Dua and daughter, Bollywood Singer Tulsi Kumar are carrying forward his legacy through Gulshan Kumar Charitable Trust.
The mother-daughter duo were recently in the Capital, alongwith the T-Series family team, to donate a Pat Scan Machine at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib that will allow poor patients to get tests done at a very minimal cost.
They also donated free medical ambulances for Delhi NCR to extend timely and free-of-cost dedicated transport services for patients and one dedicated ambulance for regular free Leprosy Camps at different locations.
Gulshan Kumar Charitable Trust is known to be committed on sustainable livelihood support to underprivileged and needy communities and uplift their lives by reducing economic distress and disparity. Since decades, the Trust has been consistently doing charity in the field of Medical Aid, Education for poor, natural calamities, food & shelters etc. Their decades-long free Langar Sewa in Vaishno Devi, Katra, is a well-known ritual besides providing major financial assistance for costly & deadly diseases. Trust is also running consistent food and medical aids for Leprosy patients at Haridwar and organising Leprosy Camp in different parts of the country.
